HR Service Center Representative
Are you comfortable handling complex inquiries in a call center environment?-- This is the perfect opportunity to broaden your experiences at a well established company located in Schaumburg, IL. This position supports HR processes and help maintain employee database. Answers incoming calls with inquiries from existing and previous employees regarding benefits, payroll or other HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Typical Duties:
-Obtains employee information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
-Helps quickly find the correct answer to all employee benefit, payroll or policy inquiries.
-Determines correct parties to best address inquiries and route appropriately.
-Informs employees by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
-Updates job knowledge by studying new process descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
-Ensures all documentation and employee information is accurate and current.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1+ years of experience in a Call Center Setting (specifically where call routing and inquiry tracking occurs daily)
1+ years of experience with HR, benefits and policies
