Randstad in Williamson County has an immediate opening for a Loan Officer Assistant working for a great mortgage company in the Franklin, TN area. This role will be supporting two different loan officers, and helping them with all of their loan servicing and administrative job duties. This position is slated to be a contract role for the next 3-6 months , but if the work load continues this position could turn into a temp to hire role.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible of r calling to verify home owners insurance, working to finalize mortgage closing dates, scanning documents, answering phone calls, and all other administrative task as assigned by the loan processors.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years experience working in an administrative role
* Mortgage experience is preferred
* Candidates must be extremely detail oriented
* Advanced experience with the microsoft suite
