Have you ever thought about getting into healthcare? If not, maybe consider it. According to recent reports in Q1 of 2018 $1.62 billion dollars were invested in the healthcare industry. This industry is growing at a rapid rate and there are constant opportunities in the job market! We are looking for a Mail Clerk who is flexible to part-time hours. Someone who can be flexible in working more or less than 24 hours a week is a necessity for this position. There will be times where the workload won't call for working the full 24 hours a week.

Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
+/- 24 hours per week
$11.50/hr.

Responsibilities:
Sort and collate mail.
Place mail in proper buckets for distribution.
Open envelopes.
Dispose of junk mail.
Date stamp all incoming mail.
Sort mail such as returned letters, adjustments, bills, orders, and payments.
Complete incorrect returned mail.
Receive outgoing mail and apply correct postage.
Arrange for pickup of outgoing mail.
Stamp mail with postage meters.
Fold letters, circulars, or other documents and insert into envelopes for distribution.
Weigh mail to determine correct postage.
Place mail in metal bins and carry to departments for distribution.
Record registered mail.
Stock copy rooms and printing devices.
Ensure office is adequately stocked with mail supplies.
Use fax and scanning machines.
Check mail for contraband.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
