Permanent position: Manufacturing Engineer needed for a full-time opportunity in the Milford, CT area. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for creating and improving manufacturing processes in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. Apply now for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer

  • Coordinate and qualify Engineering Changes to assure minimum delays or interruptions to production.
  • Support employee involvement in continuous improvement while maintaining compliance to manufacturing policies, controls, workmanship standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor process yields, root cause and implement corrective actions in conjunction with Engineering and Manufacturing.

Requirements for the Manufacturing Engineer

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Manufacturing experience.
  • CAD experience is required, preferably SolidWorks or CATIA.
  • Ability to analyze manufacturing cost structures utilizing BOM's and routings into a computerized ERP system.
