The Market Director will be responsible for all performance activities including, but not limited to, training, mentoring/motivating, business development, candidate recruiting, conflict resolution, customer service and retention, intra-operating company synergies, and P&L responsibilities. They are responsible for managing and developing a team as well as leading by example, particularly in the areas of production and business development. This opportunity is supporting a highly successful, growing and tenured team of 10 direct reports and $27 million in revenue.

What you need to bring:Proven track record of quantified sales and service abilities within a similar environment3+ years of leadership experience specifically within Tech Solutions or Staffing inudstry, preferably in the tech or professional industryExperience managing large complex business of at least 20 million in revenue and a minimum of 6 direct reports Bachelor's degree preferredAbility to develop high performing consultants and teamsExperience presenting to C-level executivesDemonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projectsSuperior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills
