This is a senior level business development position responsible for identifying and generating new business through direct client contact, cold calling, territory planning and buyer/executive relationship building. This position is accountable for focusing on and generating new business across assigned strategic account(s). This position will deal most frequently with key influencers/buyers and management within the client's organization. This individual contributor will execute a sales strategy through aggressive selling at all levels with a focus on "AND" business development (i.e. selling staffing, perm and solutions); and, must be a leader by example particularly in the area of sales execution relationship development and new business production.
Duties and Responsibilities:Sells into the hiring manager, "Key Buying Influencer" and C-suites. The BDD is expected to execute flawlessly through comprehensive and effective selling at the Manager, Director and VP and above levelResponsible for developing and owning the KI customer relationships and leveraging these for purposes of driving market share growth across all service linesWill effectively target and drive initiativesDevelops and helps drive the account strategy from a sales perspective and gains sponsorship to line managers from senior level executives and other "Key Influencers"The BDD will be held accountable for driving "AND" business developmentWill help identify and develop a robust pipeline of solutions-oriented oppsResponsible for securing Perm & SOW/Solutions opportunitiesMust meet weekly business development KPIs (new contacts, relationship development, meetings, etc.)
Education:4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred
5-7 years Senior sales experience. A strong track record driving business development across a large enterprise account in a regional capacity is a plus.
