The function of the Production Supervisor position is to oversee day to day operations of production units, including formulation, processing and packaging to ensure all products are produced in the most cost effective manner within quality and safety standards.

These positions will be 12-hour rotating shifts and most likely will end up being night shift positions. These 12-hour shifts work Monday, Tuesday, off Wednesday, Thursday, work Friday, Saturday and Sunday of one week and the 2nd week, they are off Monday, Tuesday, work Wednesday, Thursday, off Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities:
Oversees the inbound functions of all finished products from production plants and contract manufacturers.
Oversees the inventory control activities for all finished products. This includes oversight of the cycle count program, accuracy levels, internal and external replenishment, and discrepancy reconciliation and reporting.
Initiates, and maintains, Standard Operating Procedures to ensure cGMP compliance associated with all warehouse activities.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:
Collaborates with a variety of functions including quality assurance, finance, customer service, suppliers, and organizations providing finished products to the facility.
Coordinates the warehouse safety program in conjunction with all company, OSHA, local, and state regulations.
Analyzes performance metrics to ensure desired results are achieved, the facility is operating efficiently, and corrective and preventative actions are created and implemented when necessary.
Ensure supervisors effectively mentor, train, coach, and monitor the development of their subordinates to ensure they are acquiring the skills and abilities necessary to achieve success and career advancement if desired.

Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a warehouse/distribution management position.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Must possess strong analytical, leadership, and team building skills.
Proactive and results driven.
Demonstrated skills in problem solving.
Experience with SAP, SBO or Similar System.
Must possess excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Suite of products.
Ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written, cross-functionally.
