If you have hospitality industry, restaurant industry or customer service/retail experience, this is the perfect position for you! Start your corporate career with a large, well known conference center in Potomac, Maryland!! We are seeking a professional and polished Front Desk Agent, preferably with concierge or customer service experience in fast-paced environments. The front desk area operates like a traditional, 24-hour, seven days a week, hotel-style front desk operation. Position would start immediately! This position would require full time availability and flexibility (AM shift 7 am-3:30 pm and PM shift 3 pm-11:30 pm) as well as some holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities:
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
-Answers external and internal telephone calls taking and delivering messages as needed
-Provides guest services for positive experiences
-Prepares and hands out name tags, parking passes, and other information as needed
-Providing top-notch hospitality services to guests and groups

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
- Professional and client-savvy appearance
- Conference Center experience, a plus
- Concierge experience, a plus
- Comfortable greeting and engaging with people face-to-face
- Team player attitude and strong work ethic
