Job Duties: The primary responsibility of this role will be sourcing candidates for both government contracting and commercial positions. Someone who is familiar with staff recruiting as the positions that are sourced have high turnover. The individual selected will be responsible for ensuring the candidate is onboarded and has paperwork completed. Posting ads, screening, tracking drug screenings and background checks.
Must Haves: Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience needed. Seeking a candidate who is very detail oriented, good communicator and someone who is able to produce a quick turnaround. A degree is preferred, but not required.
