The Regional Director will provide operational direction and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of contract terms and KPIs, and meet profitability goals for all accounts; management of overall accounts P&L; client relationships, account management, and team management.
The Regional Director's responsibility is to identify, analyze and resolve operational problems that impact the effectiveness of their book of business. The Regional Director in this acute sales minded role is will be responsible for the growth and development of existing portfolio of accounts and revenue >$30 million and/or greater than 10 accounts.

Coordinate and direct work activities to effectively meet client specific goals, objectives and Service Level AgreementsCommunicate and collaborate with clients to anticipate, assess and interpret human resource needs and business challenges Collaborate with Workforce Consultant to ensure RIS product is being implemented. Develop continuous improvement strategies to achieve the highest levels of quality and workforce optimization and implement innovative strategies to drive peak performance at all times, and sustain high client satisfaction levels Identify opportunities for new revenue streams. Oversees direct staff, ensuring that they are appropriately equipped with the knowledge, training and tools to effectively execute their jobsManage budget and make resource allocation decisions to effectively yield a high return on investment, and implement processes to ensure attainment of business plan for profit and client retention
EducationBachelor's degree highly preferred Master's level work a plus Work experience
Work experience10+ years business experience highly preferred in staffing client management role or service based, client facing role 3+ years of people management required, staffing experience highly preferred
