Company in Franklin, TN seeking Sales Assistant in the Automotive Industry. You will be responsible to support daily activities to Trade Reps and Supervisors related activities, in accordance with the daily workload assigned by the Supervisors.

Responsibilities:
- Receive forecast from customer
- Inventory analysis & calculation
- Issue purchase order to vendor
- Issue sales order to warehouse
- Receive parts as well as coordinate shipment to customer
- Provide the customers needed support

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Mathematical skills to calculated percentages, discounts, interests and quotations.
- Ability to convert between length measurements, currency and weights.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or significant industry experience equivalent
- International business degree or similar.
- One or more years in the automotive industry or global SCM business experience preferred
- One or more years of experience working with/foreign companies preferred
- Knowledge in supply chain, inventory and/or auto parts
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and Internet.
