Randstad is looking for motivated individuals for one of the nations largest electronic manufactures as a Team Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for the daily instruction of 10-15 Assemblers and the job expectations required.

Responsibilities:
As our team lead, you will be responsible for the following:

- Running line to expected TAKT time (tasks/units per engineering standard)
- Driving continuous improvements
- Assess and troubleshoot workmanship issues
- Coordinate people resources per production requirements
- Conduct production employee meetings to communicate daily plan and any production or customer service issues
- Highlight material shortages, interface with Expediter/Purchasing on any part shortages
- Recognize and monitor bottlenecks in production.
- Report and alert resources concerning production downtime.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:05 PM

Skills:
- Coaching/Teaching others trade skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience with manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Leading processes and implementing process improvement.
- Able to report status to the manufacturing manager.
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project a plus).

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of four (4) years of Lead experience
- Must have proven abilities to motivate, communicate, and maintain discipline of an industrial work group.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Must have excellent organizational, planning, and communicating skills.
- Ability to function within the working conditions and physical requirements.
