Dynamic company in Smyrna, Tennessee is seeking a mechanically-minded person with excellent communication skills to be a part of their technical support team. A qualified candidate MUST be fluent in speaking and writing in Spanish and English. This direct hire position offers a competitive salary plus bonus, and an excellent benefit package with one of the top employers in Rutherford County.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include taking inbound calls from customers and internal staff regarding company products and equipment. Tasks include:

Communicate technical information to non-technical users while clarifying customers needs
Provide technical know-how of company products to sales and support teams via phone and email
Assist in creation of documentation of products
Assist customers with escalated issues by engaging the correct departments for assistance
Implement and modify equipment maintenance programs
Document details of calls to maintain service history

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Candidate must be able to understand product drawings and diagrams, have the ability to learn and retain technical specifications quickly and troubleshoot equipment over the phone. Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English a must.

Qualifications:
Communication skills in Spanish and English required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum one year of customer support experience required
Fast and accurate data entry skills required
Experience with problem solving and interpreting diagrams/technical specs preferred
