The VP for Gold clients enables business growth and drives market differentiation for multiple global clients. The VP will drive sales and account expansion for accounts within their assigned portfolio and also provide account management functions that align with client needs and Randstad Enterprise Group's account management best practices. The role is a client-facing role responsible for driving the overall account strategy and service roadmap, as well as establishing client executive stakeholder relationships to better establish a lasting client partnership. Fundamentally, the role is responsible for driving directed selling activity by the VP, Randstad Operating Companies, and service line Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
