key responsibilities
Responsibilities - your mission
Utilities/Energy Controlling - 70%
The jobholder will ensure the controlling and planning for the Utilities at Group level.He/she will be the Finance representative in the Multifunctional Team dedicated to Energy.He/she will be in charge of the Utilities Financial modeling. He/she will ensure the alignment with Finance managers and Divisions.
Sustainability projects – 30%
In this role, the jobholder will ensure the follow up of the main projects related to Sustainability in Facility Management (CapEx and Opex)

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Experience in Controlling (in the real estate perimeter would be a plus)Highly experienced in Business ControllingStrong Business modeling capabilitiesCurious, strong analytical skills, ability to question and challengeDeliverable driven, able to work with short deadlines and under pressureAbility to switch from big picture to detailed viewAbility to drumbeat & interact with stakeholders in various organizations Excellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of company challenges and processesAccounting background is expectedLanguage: English mandatory
