This is what you will do:
Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based, non-sales commercial position responsible for engagements with key customers and opinion leaders.
Focus of TLL efforts include market development, peer-to-peer advocacy, insight generation, and field marketing operation.

S/he partners closely with headquarter- and field -based stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and other relevant functions to accomplish business objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate on the identification of thought leaders for the disease area and potential commercial speakers for peer-to-peer programs
- Plan and orchestrate thought leader engagements in accordance with business objectives as well as relevant regulations and guidelines
- Cultivate and maintain productive working relationships with thought leaders and key customers
- Lead the development of peer-to-peer curriculum and associated contents to effectively advance the brand strategy
- Manage the commercial speaker bureau and speaker training programs
- Collaborate with external speakers as well as relevant internal stakeholders on the field execution of peer-to-peer programs
- Leverage deep understanding of key customers to help shape the business unit strategy
- Facilitate the field adaptation and implementation of marketing programs
- Support commercial strategy and programs at professional conferences
求められる経験
≥5 years in one or more of the following areas of biopharmaceutical industry: field sales, field medical, brand marketing, peer-to-peer marketing, market planning
Track record of effectively engaging and partnering with thought leaders, ideally in rare disease(s)
Demonstrated expertise designing and/or executing peer-to-peer speaker programs
Comfort with clinical contents and scientific dialogue
