• Identify residential PV/ESS market trend and needs from customers and reportto Country Manager.• Identify residential products requirements and regulations for PV systemincluding whole PV system package, storage battery, EV charger, HEMS andVPP in Japan and help RnD to define the requirements for productdevelopment .• Manage all of new residential products introduction plan to the Japaneseresidential market.• Manage and create the contents of sales and marketing materials for Japaneseresidential market.

• Native Japanese, Fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening)
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with Japanese
• Previous experience in the solar industry and strong familiarity with
Japanese local standards (JET etc)
• Experience working at module makers\storage battery
manufacturer\inverter company with a meaningful presence in the
Japanese Solar market for residential segment is MUST. ex)Panasonic,
OMRON, Tabuchi, Nichicon, SHARP, Kyocera, TOSHIBA, Tesla, Huawei,
Jinko, etc.
• Previous experience in the solar industry
• Experience working at module makers as product marketing for residential
segment is MUST.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings
of the our product line and convey the advanced technical product
benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms.
• Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fastpaced, complex, rapid growth environment
• An energetic, highly motivated and hungry go-getter with a strong can-do and
hands-on attitude
