Tasks and Responsibilities
●Strategic Area management
・Develop in-depth understanding on the territory market environment and of customer and stakeholders, communicate customer insights to internal stakeholders and supports development of business strategies for brands.

・Identify top business opportunities and facilitate process and team to drive territory and account growth.
・Predict impacts to the territory by changes in pharmaceutical industry, and develop portfolio business plans and account plans aligned with brand strategy.
Resource management:
・To meet business objectives for the territory by driving sales and marketing performance and optimal resource allocation at local level, implement segmentation and targeting strategy, orchestrating channels and communications.
Tracking:
・To maximize performance of the team and achieve the target, conduct business operation management appropriately: Conduct regular analysis of local market information and competitor intelligence, define relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), apply and conduct all steps from evaluation, prioritization, planning, executing until monitoring the team/ district results
Collaboration:
・Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the messages effectively to promote customer behavior changes aligned with business plan.
Customer management:
・Build strong relationship and networks with key decision makers within the territory and stakeholders to develop collaborative solutions that will benefit patients, HCPs
・Provide competitive insights and customers behavior change into local organization.
・Master the PFI engagement approach to be able to develop the team.
People management :
・Lead and coach the team members in most effective use of new technologies and digital channels
・Ensure that the team members possess and apply required disease and product knowledge in specific therapeutic areas to improve professional customer relations and achieve sales goals
・Serve as a communication bridge from senior management to team members.
・Lead, motivate, coach and develop a high performing team, support training and professional development of the team member.
Approval and Evaluation:
・Provide coaching to team members to achieve targets while adhering high compliance standard and follow relevant regulations.
求められる経験
■At least 3 years experience in Oncology TA as a Sales Manager/ Sales Leader or Marketing/ sales planning, Commercial Training but must have experience with people
management as a sales manager
■Digital capability to promote multichannel promotion and analyze sales activities
