key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as Warehouse Accountant will include:
- Maintain and reconcile warehouse financial records, including inventory accounts.
- Track, analyze, and report on stock movements, costs, and variances.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate data entry and inventory valuation.
- Prepare financial statements and reports related to warehouse operations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Conduct periodic audits of warehouse stock to verify accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management.

5+ years of similar experience

- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Strong communication skills
- Team-player with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting and warehouse softwares.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
