Proactively work with the MW (Municipal Water) China senior management and in accordance with the agreed company strategy to continuously develop the designated area making timely recommendations for improvements and highlighting growth opportunities.
Proactivity work to develop a strong team of sales engineers in the designated area by clear leadership, continuous development and training and by providing continuous local support and motivation.
Actively promote the complete range of Water Treatment products and solutions in the responsible area including managing direct sales activities, marketing events and product launches.
Continuously work to achieve and exceed agreed budgets and development targets including clear delegation of responsibilities and area targets to members of your local sales team including regular follow up and corrective actions as required.
Coordinate and manage the tracking and follow up of all projects within the designated area providing regular high quality forecasts for future business in accordance with agreed timeline.
Ensure high quality and timely technical and commercial support is provided to Partners and End Customers by your responsible sales team with a high focus on building strong long term business relationships, while continually looking for new Partners and other sales channel opportunities.
To continuously work in accordance with the Code of Business and Conduct, Compliance regulation and other agreed company processes and controls maintaining professional working practices at all times.
Any other reasonable task or responsibilities assigned by the company.

Minimum 5 years' experience working in a water or wastewater treatment related equipment sales position.
Minimum 5 year's experience in a Sales Management position being responsible for a number of sales people, responsible for achieving an agreed budget and a proven track record in showing growth development in a designated area.
Proven track record of working with municipal construction, municipal design institutes, BOT, EPC's or other relevant customers within the Municipal Water and Wastewater market.
Preferred professional qualification in fluid engineering, environmental engineering, water supply and drainage professional. Will also consider applicants with relevant experience who can demonstrate a good understanding of the market and technologies used.
We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual with a proven track record of working in this market who is able to work on their own initiative while contributing to a larger team.
