We are looking for someone with over 5 years of experience managing a customer service department and a strong interest in the distribution and plumbing industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing the customer contact center across Canada and the United States. With a team spanning from Montreal to Toronto and across the United States, you will be tasked with standardizing customer service practices and processes across the country.
As the manager of the customer contact center, you will have a managerial role but also a hands-on role, meaning you will be required to answer customer inquiries by phone if call volume is too high."

Responsibilities
Lead a vibrant team of representatives, spread across multiple cities, by orchestrating their training, assigning responsibilities, managing schedules and leave, and taking disciplinary action if necessary to maintain a level of excellence.
Passionately explore purchasing trends to offer innovative solutions, thus propelling continuous service improvement.
Develop and implement robust procedures to ensure seamless, professional, and impactful customer service.
Ensure absolute customer satisfaction by instantly, reliably, and accurately responding to all their requests via email or phone, whether regarding orders, product information, availability, features, pricing, warranty, etc.
Convincingly guide customers towards the most suitable solutions, dynamically utilizing a variety of available tools such as computer systems, catalogs, website, etc.
Confidently suggest appropriate spare parts or innovative alternatives, thus demonstrating total commitment to customer satisfaction.
Closely supervise the order production, shipping, and billing process, and personally ensure confirmation of their receipt by customers.
Direct customers with determination to the technical service for all their technical questions, exhibiting flawless expertise.
Provide strong and dedicated support to representatives and sales agents, assisting them in managing products, stocks, delivery times, CRM data, customer reports, and package tracking.
Collaborate closely and harmoniously with other departments and colleagues, while energetically and efficiently executing a multitude of related tasks.
Qualifications
High School Diploma (H.S.D.) or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing customer service teams
Previous experience standardizing and streamlining processes
Interest in the plumbing industry and manufacturing environment

Salary: $75k to $85k
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
