This role is primarily be tasked with commercial and contract management, leading the successful delivery of large or logistically challenging project.

- Handling pre & post tender management and cost planning
- In charge of reviewing tender sums, terms and conditions in contract documents so projects tendered/awarded are successful
- In charge of reviewing & the whole process of project from inception till completion such as pre to post contract and subsequently final accounts
- Fully involved in technical matters relating to tendering such as cost calculation, estimation & compilation of required information
- Fully involved in managing the contract terms and coming out with strategic solutions to terms that are not suitable
- Full involved & experienced in sourcing matters such as sub-contractors, suppliers to get the best deals
- Full involved & experienced in tracking project progress and handle contractual disputes to manage project costing
- Heading a team of Quantity Surveyors
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Managing Director.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant.
- Experience in PMC.
- 10 years+ high rise building experience.
- Able to work under effectively under pressure and manage timelines accordingly.
