• Acts as the principal strategic partner to the business, crafting HR strategies, conducting needs assessments, and devising HR solutions accordingly. • Ensures the efficient delivery of all HR programs and services, bearing accountability for HR outcomes within the business, encompassing client satisfaction, HR efficacy, and associated financial metrics. • Cultivates and sustains robust relationships with key HR counterparts across all Practice Areas and Service Centers, ensuring seamless coordination of HR elements to fulfill business requisites. This involves managing relationships, demonstrating leadership, delineating HR roles/responsibilities, and upholding service delivery commitments. • Functions as the ambassador of the HR entity, advocating for the services and resources available to the business, while collectively safeguarding the reputation of the HR organization. • Orchestrates and executes HR strategies tailored to fulfill the organizational needs of a significant segment within the business. • Ensures that actions and services provided by Practice and Service Centers are aligned with the overarching HR strategy and cater to the business requirements. • Oversees Employee Relations services, serving as a central point of contact to efficiently deliver expert ER support across the business. • Upholds compliance with relevant Federal and local country laws, regulations, policies, and practices. • Provides expert consultation and problem-solving services to managers, employees, and other HR functions on matters related to HR policies and practices, performance management, and various ER aspects. • Consults, coordinates, and manages workforce reduction initiatives.
求められる経験
•Bachelor’s degree in Business
•At least three (3) years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), with a proven track record of effectively managing employee relations situations.
•Demonstrated comprehension of organizational development activities, preferably with significant knowledge of various functional HR roles and their impact on business.
•Preferred skills in project management and facilitation.
•Proficiency in understanding federal and local country labor laws.
•Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
•Familiarity with computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
•Alignment with our operational methods as outlined below.
