• Comprehend the business needs and strategic objectives, advising suitable candidate profiles to Hiring Managers.• Work alongside pertinent stakeholders to craft recruitment strategies, integrating current candidate market insights, legal considerations, and recruitment trends into these plans.• Contribute to and execute sourcing strategies to markedly decrease reliance on agency sourcing.• Provide coaching to hiring managers or teams on effective interviewing and candidate evaluation methodologies.• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, considering factors such as job history, education, skills, cultural fit, and other pertinent aspects.• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine appropriate salary packages and other offer details, encompassing sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, stock options, and annual bonuses.• Conduct professional reference checks and oversee other due diligence processes in accordance with recruitment protocols.• Present offer packages to candidates, effectively articulating the value proposition of our company.• Strive to meet predefined service levels and business performance objectives.• Promote the use of self-service options and tools to empower users/customers, while educating them about the full spectrum of HR Recruitment services available.• Take ownership of all assigned recruitment tasks and inquiries, ensuring efficient and high-quality resolution.• Lead or participate in internal projects related to talent acquisition in JP/APAC regions.• Identify areas for improvement in daily operational processes and support their implementation by collaborating with the Manager on key changes and improvement programs.• Provide support to enhance the capabilities of the entire team and foster a collaborative environment.
求められる経験
• Proficient English fluency at a high business level is required, along with conversational Japanese skills (minimum JLPT2 level).
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience is essential, showcasing expertise in diverse sourcing methods, strong business acumen, and substantial experience in either in-house or recruitment agency settings.
• Dedication to ensuring client and customer satisfaction is paramount.
• Proficiency in digital recruiting and various digital tools is necessary.
• Strong partnership and relationship-building abilities with key stakeholders at both local and regional/global levels are critical.
• Demonstrated capability in high-volume recruiting across a wide range of positions.
• Skill in identifying opportunities, risks/issues, assessing implications, and formulating recommendations is required.
• Coaching and collaboration skills, among other qualities, are essential.
• Experience in developing and reporting HR analytics to manage performance, analyze trends, and drive data-driven decisions for HR and the organization.
