• To plan and manage all on-site activities related to the construction project, determine resource requirements, identifying and mitigating risks.
• To manage the project budget, including cost estimates, and ensuring the project remains within the budget allocated.
• To monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments and resolving problems that arise.
• To ensure that the health, safety, environment, quality regulations and policies are adhered while completing the project.
• To manage project reporting, documentation, and lead project meetings to keep stakeholders updated.

skills & experience required

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or any equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of related experience
• Candidates with high rise construction experience will be prioritised
• Able to manage 2 ongoing projects simultaneously
