    Do you have experience in administrative work? Do you have experience in the shipping/freight industry? You can use both of those skills in this Administrative Assistant position.We are currently recruiting for an entry level administrative opportunity at a leading global freight company. It is located in the heart of San Ramon, easily accessible to the 680 freeway. ResponsibilitiesContingents will be responsible for checking the self-screening of all employees / vendors entering their assigned UPS facility, per COVID19 protocol.Contingents will monitor health check forms, or administer self-check questions.Employees have an opportunity to fill out electronically on cell phone.Employee can look at cell phone to validate the date is correct and screen is green (approved-safe to work).For employees who do not want to use cell phone they can fill out a health check on paper at the facility entranceAbility to give instructions and communicate effectively.  Provide negative/positive feedback.Be expected to work outdoors.
