E-Commerce & CRM Manager position is waiting for you! Would you like to work in a well known multinational FMCG company? Would you like to make the next step in your career? As an E-Commerce & CRM Manager will be responsible for personally securing that e-commerce activities are successful across company’s new product category, with an initial focus on building a strong baseline of registered consumers in the system to enable the successful execution of company’s strategy in the market.

As an E-Commerce & CRM Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the digital channel is properly set up and running to deliver best-in-class e-commerce and digital consumer experiences along the connected consumer journey in the market, in line with the global strategy, infrastructure, road maps and global digital capabilities
  • Drive e-CRM strategy, data analysis and e-CRM activation approach
  • Work together with members from other markets as well as with the global digital team to ensure that  the digital channel is utilized efficiently in the market
  • Manage the digital platform and initiatives in the market, including ensuring delivering key milestones on time and engagement and management of key stakeholders
  • Together with the digital professionals in the group to deliver the digital approach in the market in order to maximise sales potential through this channel
  • Work on continuing the improvements in company’s channel approach to consumers in the market
  • Monitor success metrics to ensure the market is properly managing the digital operations, this will include resourcing, infrastructure and others
  • Collaborate with global digital, consumer marketing and research to deliver an exceptional digital experience for the users in the market.
  • Run processes and workflows between the market and global digital, to ensure the correct level of capabilities and resources are available


In order for your profile to match the E-Commerce & CRM Manager position you need to have the following skills:

  • Experience with affiliate marketing
  • CRM experience
  • Online marketplaces
  • SEO knowledge
  • Understanding of digital channel and how to enhance an Omni channel approach to consumers
  • Proven track record of successfully securing profitable new business relationships
  • Highly developed influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Manage tough conversations and conflict effectively
  • Proactive, confident, self-motivated
  • Prepared to challenge conventional thinking
  • Full driving licence
