Renate Deken works at our global head office in the Netherlands. She is concept manager for Inhouse Services and supports Randstad operating companies with the optimization of their internal account teams. Currently, she's working on the global roll-out of WePlan, a workforce scheduling solution. This tool gives the client a 24/7 insight in the total workforce planning.
Richard Narine, from Randstad Global Client Solutions, leads the Solutions Center where they handle over 100 clients. His challenge is how to bring our intelligence forward into the labor market, share it with our clients in order to help them decide on their future work strategy.
