responsibilities

As an Order Desk Assistant, your duties will include the following:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries – Quotes under guidance of Sales
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, develop solutions to a variety of issues, moderate and more complex level
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Independently process orders, forms and requests within Service Level Agreement
  • Order collection & entry into ERP  
  • Definition of priorities (customers and/or lot numbers)
  • Escalate requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints within quality management system
  • Manage administration e.g. handling of delivery notes issued by 3PL, issue invoices, invoices  
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments 

requirements

As an Order Desk Assistant in this role, you must have the following requirements:

  • Must have minimum of 2 years of working experience in an similar role  
  • University degree 
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office)
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication,  organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong team working skills (support peers/colleagues in their daily work will be required)
  • Ability to works under limited supervision
