Main Responsibilities工作职责: 1.Responsible for training arrangement, organization and coordination to make sure the smooth training delivery, include: 组织协调培训课程,确保每期培训顺利进行,包括: a) Training Logistics: printing workbook (and other handouts if needed), making name tags, packing training materials, setting training room, on site corporation, etc. 培训后勤支持:及时打印学员手册(及其他相关散页)、名牌等材料,整理打包培训器材/材料,布置配需教室,培训课程现场跟课配合等。确保所有准备工作按指定要求按时准备完毕。 b) Prepare, collect and distribute the related training documents: registration form、Evaluation form and action plans, etc. 培训相关表格文档的准备、收集和发送:培训签到表、反馈表和培训后期行动计划。 c) Follow up all the responsible training programs:collect training plans, training records, training evaluations and action plans 跟进培训项目,包括收集培训计划,培训记录,培训评估和行动计划。 2. Responsible for compiling and categorizing training materials including all electronic files and hard copies and keeping them updated. 负责培训资料的整理和分类,包括电子版和打印版的培训资料,维护和负责定期更新。 3. Other assignments from direct supervisor 上级安排的其他任务 Requirements要求: 1.
