to the business conditions to coordinate relevant HO functions to update the
<Contract Signing Matrix> Policy, and conduct the release & version
? <POA Form>: According to the latest
company policies and business conditions, to update the <POA Form>, and
conduct the release & version management
? NI Order Management:
update and release NI Order management policy;
and effective execution of the order booking & cancellation process.
? NI Project Budget Control: To supervise and
implement the NI Project Budget Control Process.
? Punctual delivery of NI Contract Management
? VIEW & SAP system function & system
take charge of the business needs collection & analysis, system function
definition, UAT, user training and rollout relevant work for VIEW & SAP
systems (SOLB+ Module);
Management, training, and development of VIEW & SAP power users.
? Management and support for branch Business
provide daily coordination and support at HO level for branch Business Support
provide trainings for branch Business Support Dept. on relevant company
policies and processes.;
define KPI for branch Business Support Dept. Managers/Supervisors, and conduct
half-year and year-end performance review for them.
? VIEW, SAP＆ GMDS user account and access management
? ICS & GRC:
build up and coordinate for constant improvement of the TKE China Field ICS
System (Internal Control System);
lead the yearly ICS documentation review and testing program;
3) As CCO
(Company Control Officer) of TKE China Field, to cooperate with Germany GRC
team, to audit and monitor the standard system process in TKE China Field
? Contract Management: Reservation and filing
of NI business related contracts (eg. Equipment, installation, commissioning
contracts, agent agreements, etc.)
? Ensure compliance at all levels of company
policies and procedures.
? Ensure compliance and use of company tools
and resources within guidelines.
? .Follow all safety policies, procedures and
work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her
responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of
himself/herself and fellow colleagues.

? Bachelor degree, major in Finance or
Business Administration etc.
? Minimum 5-10 years of policy and/or business process
management experience in manufacturing industry, elevator company preferred
? Minimum 5 years of management experience in

various Microsoft office software’s
