SUPERVISES:C&B team HR officer & HR Assist
CONTACTS:Communicate with Department Manager to ensure them accepting compensation and benefit programs, proposal and results of projects.
Maintain ongoing relationships with external department or supplier, i.e. Legal Department, Labor Bureau, Social Insurance Bureau, Housing Fund Management Center, Bank, Tax Bureau, Consulting Providers etc. to ensure meet the requirements of both external and internal.
To lead the team and establish the expertise in compensation and benefits, to align remuneration strategy and practice with the company’s business strategy to ensure remuneration competitiveness as well as cost effectiveness.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, implement and monitor the implementation of compensation and benefit related policies and procedures in order to ensure complies with Molex C&B strategy, regional policies and all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards including resolve compensation & benefits issues
2. Annual performance & compensation review
3. Promote and implement the incentive program (short-term, long-term incentive plans) based on corporate policy; as well as initiate reviewing of the other benefits schemes for the employees.
4. Assist the corporate C&B team to do salary and benefits surveys, make employee compensation to meet company compensation philosophy.
5. Perform cost/benefit analyses on compensation programs, develop more cost-effective and motivated compensation programs.
6. Coach and develop team member.
7. Income tax management for foreign employees
8. Implement corporate CSR plan
REQUIRED:Bachelor Degree / professional qualification
PREFERRED: Master Degree
REQUIRED:At least 10 years C&B experiences in MNC including 2 years and above managerial experience

REQUIRED:Computer skills \English skills \Professional knowledge of C&B function
