?Job Title:  Customer Service & Logistics Manager
Department/Division: Finance & Operations
Report to: Operations Director
Location: Shanghai

Job Purpose: 
Reporting to Operations Director, He/she is mandated to work on the following 3 areas: 1) developing effective plan to transform the strategy 2) building a strong team; and 3) putting in processes and systems.  He/she should also have a strong ownership of customer services and satisfaction, with a proven track record in leading/driving transformational changes. He/she should be open-minded and learning agile.

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
? Lead team responsible for custom service and logistics procedure fine-tune, new solution design and performance improvement in order to meet business objective and vision
? Evaluate logistics performance to identify opportunities for optimization
? Oversee logistics operation budget and monitor logistics operation cost by analyzing and reporting data
? Manage 3PL to ensure a good service level they provided 
? Lead team responsible for designing, coordination, implementing and executing logistics applications and tools. 
? Performs other related duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree;
? Excellent analytical skills, adept in cost management;
? Strong ability to manage suppliers for continuous performance improvement;
? Good project management and presentation skill
? Good communication and problem solving skill 
? Able to influence relevant parties 
? Confidence, initiative, accountable and hard working;
? 10+ years with relevant experiences in customer service & logistics, 5+ years team leadership and people management
