?Have a good understanding of how digital – eCommerce, big data, Analytics, Cloud, etc – enables / impact technology driven solutions
?Provide domain expertise in one or more topics across Digital strategy and operations,
e.g. Digital transformation planning, Digital organization setup, Digital marketing delivery
?Support client engagements, either remote or on-site. Such on-site staffing could be local or global in nature.
?Problem solve with client and internal teams, help scope and structure complex requests/project requirements, and create approaches to tackle client requests
?Provide knowledge expertise in focus domains (e.g. eCommerce, big data, digital marketing, etc) in client discussion
?Create top notch presentations, memos, and/or data models that deliver key insights, analyses and recommendations to clients
?Support client development efforts , e.g. preparing content for client project proposal, discussion meeting, etc
?Develop expertise in Digital and managing proprietary knowledge assets of the service line
?Stays abreast of external/industry developments, conduct market/industry scan, and build knowledge infrastructure for Greater China Digital practice, topics including eCommerce, Big data, FinTech, ARVR, IoTs, etc
?Identify firm's knowledge gaps in focus areas, and helps to fill the gaps by actively codifying knowledge content
?Promote knowledge sharing and dissemination within firm and practice
?Conduct research to answer requests from client (both external and internal) regarding key domains topics, e.g. eCommerce, ICT in China, Digital, etc
?Help build capabilities and act as team members' mentor to provide timely coaching and guidance.
Qualifications and Experience
?Undergraduate from reputed university, with 4-6 years of relevant work experience
?Strong understanding and knowledge of China IT/Digital/Online services industry, trends, key players / vendors
?Strong understanding of key Digital/IT operations topics (e.g. eCommerce delivery, Digital marketing, Digital organization, FinTech, Digital/IT strategy and transformation)
?Digital process design and optimization experience, focusing on either front end client facing process (e.g. client registration/on-boarding/account opening, etc) or back end operations process(e.g. inventory management, order to cash, etc) digitization design and optimization
?Digital/IT strategy and implementation experience with financial institutions (e.g. banking/insurance/wealth management , etc), including Digital/IT planning, FinTech strategy, online finance platform building, core platform transformation/implementation, architecture design, governance model design, etc
?Other digital operations experience and knowledge, including but not limited to social media, big data/advanced analytics, cloud computing, mobile app/platform, etc
