1 Sales Management Activitie: Customer and Distributor Relationship Management
2 Coach the team to meet(over achieve) area sales target, improve the profits.
3 Keep close contacts with distributors and key customers, including new customer acquisitions.
4 Manage the instrument inventory well
5 Coaching the team to enhance systems penetration and customer satisfaction in interaction with our brand promise.
6 Cooperate with project team.
7 Marketing Activities: To analyze local market structures, changes and new market trends, review with RD/RM and react according to market.
8 To support and attend congresses, symposia, presentations etc.
9 Supports market research on the sales front and the corresponding feedback to Sales/MKT Department and Technical Support.
1 BA degree required
2 10+ years strong retail and financial experience with an understanding of specialty store retailing
3 Ability to handle a variety of tasks in an orderly and timely manner in a fast pace environment, ability to manage complex projects and delegate
4 Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of how to reach and motivate people
5 Proven management experience of large or diverse groups
6 Knowledge and involvement in yoga, and/or other fitness, health or sports activities and a passion for community
7 Excellent decision making, negotiation and problem resolution skills
8 Extraordinary customer service, organizational and time management skills
9 International and Real Estate experience is a plus.
