Job Purpose ? Manage strategic client relationships, translate business demand into HR strategy, and ensure consistency with organization standards, Inputs to HR solutions. ? To develop and implement the effective HR Management Systems in AP Operations sites as well as functions which are conductive to maximize the employee efficiency, productivity and full potential conforming to Corporate’s standards. ? Plan, organize, review and control of all HR activities and directly lead all HRBPs/HR Managers/HR Generalists. The position has full responsibility to lead the whole organization to achieve the policies and objectives in team, organization and cost. ? Ensure compliance to all laws and regulations. ? Ensure alignment to all strategies and directives from the top management of the company e.g. AP HR Leadership Team and other top decision bodies as needed. Accountabilities ? To manage strategic client relationships, work as business partner and key player of China Management Team to translate demands into HR strategy. Focus on the talent and organizational development and Ensure consistency with organization standards. To be responsible for the activities on key talent identification, retaining and development, and also the organizational design and input HR solutions ? To drive and lead China HR process simplification and standardization with effective implementation and other HR activities on performance management, salary review, etc., in the meantime, to ensure all HR operations in compliance with local law / regulation requirement. ? To initiate China HR projects and lead team for planning and implementation, including but not limited M&A integration, MFO, blue collars multiple skill and development ? To drive and lead China HR Team to conduct employee communication, coaching and leading China management team on problem employee treatment, minimize labor dispute potential by professional HR service and guidance providing.
