l Reporting to the General Manager, HR Asia; the successful candidate will be required to lead a HR team to support the Plant operations with over 1200 employees;
l Accountable for the overall HR management and leadership relating to Recruitment, Training Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Administration policy, processes and services;
l Lead and manage HR and Administration functions, including direct labor & staff recruitment, salary administration, employee relation, Compensation & Benefits, Training, office Administration and Employee Welfare like canteen & accommodation, transportation and security;
l Monitor industrial relations and employee relations developments to prevent disputes. Provide recommendations to senior management and direct negotiations with unions, industry groups and industrial authorities to determine agreements and minimize the possibility of industrial disputes or to settle any disputes;
l Ensure the implementation of all approved HR/Training/Admin strategies and plans based on Corporate and regional directions that are also consistently aligned with the local legislative requirements.
l Management representative to liaise with local government officials in HR/EHS/Training matters
l Upgrade all existing HR practices.
l University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline; MBA preferred
l At least 10 years of HR generalist positions in multinational company environment, with thorough understanding and relevant managerial experience in HR & Administration functions;
l Previous working experience in leading a manufacturing plant desirable;
l Strong industry knowledge and conversant with PRC labor legislative requirements;
l A self-starter with strong leadership skill; business focus and strong analytical skill
l Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
l Well versed in spoken and written English
