Job responsibility: 1、Design and implement C&B strategy, programs, policies and procedures in order to drive for employee engagement and continuous growth. 2、ork out annual compensation structure, merit increase proposal for China & HK regions; obtain approve and alignment from global, regional and business unit stakeholders. 3、eview of the appropriateness and competitiveness of overall C&B practices that help staff retention and contribute to business growth; 4、uilds strong relationships with operations partners, HR colleagues and experts, and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives, remove roadblocks, and resolve issues 5、dentifies current and future reward/recognition/benefit needs, partners with HR& operations to deliver appropriate solutions. 6、oaches, counsels, and educates operations partners on C&B policies, processes, programs, and strategies.
