Human Resources (HR) 

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect GROUP values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives. 

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. 

In this role, you will: 

- Drives and oversees delivery of recruitment outcomes for GROUP China across all segments (volume, specialist, executive, graduate and contingent workforce) across businesses and functions 
- Provides country leadership in resourcing best practice and delivery of recruitment for the business through in-house recruitment and/or third party providers to ensure a quality pipeline of talent to meet current and future business demands in China 
- Drive China's resourcing agenda forward, as well as collaborating with ASP and Group to implement global initiatives with the ability to act globally and translate deliverables locally in home market to meet business needs 
- Guide and advise country recruitment teams across China, positively influencing within a complex matrix environment 
- Partners with HR Generalists, business teams, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and/or in-house recruiters to understand business requirements, develop and update demand plans and sourcing plans 
- Provides relationship management and advice to the country HR and senior business executives on resourcing strategies and policies by clearly articulating the value to the business 
- Reviews and manages suppliers performance against Service Level Agreement (SLA) through regular governance meetings to ensure continued improvement in recruitment process efficiency, quality of hires and candidates and hiring managers' experience 
- Benchmarks against external best practice to drive quality recruitment services as a major contributor to a world-class HR function, valued by GROUP and admired by the market 

 To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / General Management 
- Extensive recruitment experience with demonstrated commercial delivery and strong track record of recruitment process and operational management 
- Experience in Banking/Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled/Outsourcing characterized by high and varied demand for manpower 
- Experience of managing and driving external RPO vendor including account management, issue/escalation management and monitoring SLA performance of the outsourced provider 
- Expertise in Recruitment Analytics and Project Management 
- Outstanding track record of people leadership, inspiring excellence in service delivery as well as innovation 
- Fluency in English and Mandarin are required
