Our HR organization is in the process of transforming to a leading-edge operating model. This role would be located within the “HR Solutions” arm of this operating model. The HR Solutions organization will be responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders. HR Solutions roles will contain deep subject-matter expertise in order to consult on programs, processes and people. The top priority of HR Solutions is to deliver the best Employee Experience through exceptional delivery of a portfolio of solutions. HR solutions contains the following types of roles: Discipline-aligned roles (ex. compensation, benefits, payroll, employee development & training, etc.), Operational Excellence (focused on driving optimal performance across HR), HR technology (the systems and tools to enable simple and easy access to solutions) and Talent & Labor Consultants (professionals dedicated to the execution of the people agenda and consulting on talent). Enjoy using data to tell a story or make a case for change Job Overview The Talent Consultant is accountable to deliver the people agenda, enabling a best in class employee experience through serving as a consultant to leaders and employees. Accountabilities ? Builds leadership capability - Serves as a coach to leaders regarding talent actions, decisions and conversations (e.g., succession planning, team development, organization design, key talent actions & decisions, etc.) ? Connects, redirects and counsels leaders to a portfolio of HR solutions, partnering across the HR Solutions organization to support business needs ? Ensures talent initiatives integrate with the broader HR Strategy, and enables the delivery of strategic and operational business plans to create a consistently best in class employee experience and generate business value ? Knows key talent and supports the management of the business talent pipeline ? Member of relevant business leadership teams Qualifications ? 8+ years’ Experience working at management level within HR ideally in an HR business partner role ? Strong customer focus and employee experience mindset ? Business and financial acumen ? Strong relationship, partnership and consultancy skills ? Comfortable pushing difficult perspectives, challenging and influencing ? Deep understanding of the organization climate and interventions that create great employee experience ? Excellent written and verbal skills The role will report to APAC HR Solutions Center Talent Consultant Leader.
