JOB TITLE: IT Manager JOB FAMILY: Information Technology REPORTS TO: SVP – Information Systems & Technology JOB PURPOSE: To develop and deliver a regional IT strategy that is aligned with overall MPS and WestRock IT strategy. To be the primary IT Business Partner for MPS Asia as part of the regional management team. To organise and deliver an effective regional support function, liaising with corporate shared services as required. To ensure regional adherence to all applicable policies and compliance frameworks, including SOX. The job-holder will manage local IT resources, and engage with and utilise central resources as required to deliver agreed priorities. A particular focus of this role will be the support of ERP modernisation across the MPS Asia plant network. The job-holder will play a lead role in Radius implementation projects and, through this, become the regional SME in Radius and its core workflow. DIMENSIONS: Financial: Turnover TBC Non Financial: IT Users 500 (TBC) Direct Reports 3 Manufacturing plants 4 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: ?Develop and implement a fit for purpose regional IT strategy in coordination with SVP – Information Systems & Technology and the regional management team. ?Manage local legacy SAP system, ensuring effective operational support, hardware and software stability and fit for purpose HA/DR provision. ?Support the modernisation of regional ERP systems, developing an in-depth understanding of the Radius ERP and Radius implementation methodology. ?Ensure that regional IT practices are aligned with corporate policies, procedures and overall IT strategy ?Ensure all IT policy and compliance needs are met including SOX compliance, MPS and WestRock IT Policy compliance. ?Agree regional budgets with line manager. Manage regional budgets within agreed limits and in accordance with spend approval limits & procedures. ?Manage local IT staff and resources to deliver services of agreed level and quality (level and quality to be documented in SLAs agreed with the business). ?Deliver systems administration, data and infrastructure security, asset management, inventory & software license compliance. ?Ensure disaster recovery and security strategy is implemented in accordance with business requirements, corporate strategy and regulatory requirements. ?Manage support contracts, services and SLAs. ?Ensure the IT function provides an effective day to day service. QUALIFICATIONS: Educational and professional: ?Graduate in IT or a related technical discipline KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE: ?Excellent written and spoken English Language ?Relevant IT management work experience in a manufacturing environment ?Experience in ERP system workflow, implementation and support ?Strong project management experience ?Excellent communication skills ?Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills ?Broad range of technical skills and experience including the majority of the following: ?ERP system implementation and support ?IT support management including helpdesk and SLAs ?Network management ?Microsoft operating systems and software tools BEHAVIOURS: ?Analytical thinking ?Strategic thinking ?Initiative ?Interpersonal effectiveness ?Results focused ORGANISATIONAL CHART Reports to SVP – Information Systems & Technology, MPS
