job description

JD: 1.Set and develop vision and strategies specific for business, with emphasis on simplification, creating added value through the use of information technology in the business. Design efficient and cost effective IT portfolio to support company’s growth. Well understand / leverage and advocate corporate IT solutions and services. 2.Leverage internal and external benchmarking to identify leading industry practices to driver continuous improvement and deliver business IT related change programs for the business growth. Ensure business IT organization, systems and processes evolve in line with the changing regulatory requirements, business and market dynamics. 3.Manage an effective process for communicating with the Business Senior Leadership team and ensure key decisions are achieved and cascaded to all relevant parties. 4.Consult in the development of the business short-term and long-term strategic planning and budget for IT customer service and best cost, meeting business strategic plans. 5.Establish good relationship with business customers and IT suppliers to provide effective technical solutions to business through a good understanding of business needs and corporate IT technology. 6.Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing IT developing initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all IT solutions aligned to corporate IT initiatives. 7.Partner with key business stakeholders to evaluate, identify and recommend appropriate information technology platforms or solutions that enable business strategic direction and employee productivity. 8.Partner with corporate IT function and understand corporate IT solutions. Make the best use of corporate IT resources to support business IT needs. Generally apply 80/20 rules in defining business IT platform. 9.Partner with senior leadership team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure the objectives achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization’s resources are used responsibly. 10.Direct the development and execution of a business-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, availability and IP of the company’s data and services. 11.Manage and develop IT team including succession planning, performance management, career development, compensation, training and development. REQUIREMENTS: 1.12+ years of experience including 5+ years’ experiences in IT management position; 2.Strong cross function leadership and good interpersonal skill in working with IT function and business leaders; 3.Demonstrates strong business minded consultative approach;
