Lead national direct serve and DTR served retail business across planning & implementations
Provide comprehensive plan to company and lead channel growth (Market potential projections, segmentations, resource planning/management, retail/DTR loyalty planning & execution guidance)
Manage and cooperate with across functional key stake holders, secure designed KPI delivery
Establish distributor and top stores stock management process, one time call out risks & opportunities with action plan
Conduct periodical review for direct serve and DTR served retail business, provide competitive and execution performance reports to company and lead for improvement plan.
Establish across functional project, align strategy and resource, and drive business growth via team effective collaboration
Experience and Competencies required：
Comprehensive understanding of China FMCG RTM and distribution model
RTM/Business development or sales operation experience across both planning and operations
Strong strategy thinking. Able to have sharp insights in terms of corporate operating model and business structures challenges & opportunity. And provide constructive solutions
Deeply understand field way of thinking and behave.
Provable experience of RTM in past experience (planning and execution)
