- Joint meeting with RMs on investment product selling
- Coach RMs on investment related knowledge and skillset
- Conduct training/briefing to improve RM wealth management capability
- At least 3 years' experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in investment sales with good performance record.
- Strong academic knowledge on financial market and investment products
- Strong coaching/presentation skills (related experience prefered)
- High self-motivated, with mature personatlity.
- Good communication skills.
