1. To acquire new business and make sales turnover by communicating between customers and plant through Q-sys and quality gate review management.
2. Be responsible for business relationship maintenance of defined customers, routine visit, RFQ and quotation management, contract negotiation and related sales activities etc.
3. Implement and fulfill established sales KPI and tasks.
4. To cooperate with head of sales, set up and realize sales budget of defined customers
5. Communicate timely with head of sales and related dep. to support and solve quality claims and badly delay of account receivable.
6. To make market investigation including information of customers and related competitors, set up defined customer data base.
7. Submit written monthly report to direct supervisor and be responsible for other work arrangement defined by direct supervisor
1. College above, Mechanical, Automobile Engineering, Material, Business administration, related major
2. At least 3-5 years related sales experience.
3. 1-2 years Working experience in foreign company with auto market background
4. Certain casting products and technique knowledge, certain mechanical drawing, cost and financial knowledge
5. Fluent oral and written English
6. Familiar with MS Project software
