??Key Responsibilities
? Communicate and promote sales vision and mission, advocate and embed company culture and HPC in responsible sales area.
? Lead and execute sales strategies and priorities to achieve the annual sales volumn target, distribution, market share, in-store presence and financial target in responsible sales area.
? Lead, communicate and enforce excellent execution in terms of national trade strategy and priorities in responsible sales area, to ensure winning by Geographic/Channel/Account/ net sales, distribution, in-store presence, and related financial indicators.
? Lead to develop an effective sales infra-structure and ensure field Sales organization infrastructure can continually support business sustainable development.
? Manage distributors in responsible sales area with effective joint business plan, lead sales team to optimize distributors network.
? Control and manage effectively trading, selling and M&P expenses for the area. Work and coordinate closely with Finance Manager to deliver the expense control targets.
? Work with SHQ, cross functions continually to optimize and simplify current business process, procedures and control, in the context of balancing control, business growth and efficiency improvement and associates safety.
? Closely Co-work with HR co-pilot to upgrade and enhance the efficiency of infra-structure and capability of field force for the area with effective recruitment, training and succession plans for execution excellence. Create an operation environment that fosters talent development, growth and retention.
? Proactively play an important consultative and influencing role to bring field insight into overall regional business strategy and rote-to-market strategies.
? Other project and task which is assigned by National Sales Director and CLT.


Job Specifications and Qualifications
? Has a university degree, with minimum 10 years sales management experience in multi-national FMCG companies with solid field sales experience, knowledgeable about go-to-market strategy, has basic sales finance knowledge.
? Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
? Strong Leadership and Capable of leading a diverse team;
? Ability to create a positive teamwork environment unleashing individuals’ potential.
? Be able to learn and adapt to a changing environment in trade and retail dynamics and in competitive landscap
