ü Lead a sales team to achieve regional sales targets in highly business commitment and creditability.
ü Identify and develop new business opportunities whilst expanding sales and adding values to existing client base.
ü Develop, propose and implement sales and business tactics within the responsible region.
ü Manage the daily regional sales operation well and work closely with internal departments to leverage the full values to support the customers.
ü Select, retain, motivate, discipline, train and develop subordinates to act as a competent and cooperative sales team.
ü Make, follow up, control, forecast department budget so as to keep strict and effective control of expenses while complying with the regulations of the company.
ü Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or related subjects.
ü At least 8 years sales experiences in mechanical industry, with a minimum of 3 years or above department management experience in MNC.
ü Deep knowledge on pneumatic products will be a plus.
ü Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and complex projects.
ü Strong interpersonal communication skills and team leadership ability. Proactive, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure.
ü Have business acumen and excellent commercial skills.
ü Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
ü Good command of both oral and written English.
ü Be willing to travel around frequently.
