Title: Sales Specialist

SBU: CTT ( Chemours Tinanium Technologies ) 

Reports to: Business Manager, TT

Location: Shanghai



·         Drive results and be responsible for revenue growth, account penetration and profitability

·         Interact and communicate with the customer on a regular basis to determine business opportunities.

·         Gather, evaluate and interpret customer, market and competition information to generate business insights

·         Identify issues or barriers, manage conflict, lead discussion and negotiation, and solve problem effectively.

·         Coordinate day-to-day cross-functional activities related to pricing, quality, service support, supplies and demand creation

·         Update customer forecast regularly and ensure forecast accuracy

·         Manage distributors to enhance our channel coverage and efficiency



·         Above 5+ year sales experience in B-to-B market, preferably from relevant industry, with a track record of success in dealing with complex selling cycle and managing customers with high volume sales

·         Knowledge of buying influences, negotiation, purchasing processes and value-based solution selling.

·         Channel management experience will be the plus.

·         Strong initiative to identify growth opportunities, coordinate and drive actions to influence customer

·         Great presentation and communication skills

·         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

·         Bachelor degree on Chemistry is preferred
