Senior Client Services Officer
Facilitate investors' investment application/filing submission - Assisting, advising and reviewing clients on their preparation of application/filing under the cross-border investment schemes - Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) , Renminbi QFII (RQFII), China Interbank Bond Market (CIBM), coordinating and liaising with regulators, followed by hand-over within team for onboarding preparations.
Client management - manage clients independently, while supporting Client Services Manager to manage more complex clients
Handle client’s enquiries - Handling client’s daily enquiry on a timely and professional manner, liaise with different sections of the department to ensure all service level requirements are met.
Prepare news broadcasts - Monitoring daily news and preparing market news broadcasts on changes in local regulations, market practices and procedures, with impact analysis.
Coordinate and organize client visit - Working with regional office and other sections of the department to prepare for the client due diligence visits, arrange logistics, and prepare client visit documents.
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
Bachelor degree holder (recognized by the state)with at least five years' experience in the custodian bank or securities industry.
Sufficient knowledge in securities market - Familiar with the cross-border investment schemes - Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII), Renminbi QFII (RQFII), China Interbank Bond Market (CIBM), is a plus.
Strong analysis ability. Team player.
Able to work independently without much guideline/precedent.
Good command in oral and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
