Specific Responsibilities ?This is a China company has global business, leading in the pharmaceutical industry. Globally hired more than 10000 employees. ?This position is based in Shanghai Head quarter and responsible for Key Account Management globally. ?This position is responsible to build up the Key Account Management team. Responsibilities: ?Establishes an effective KA team and works with team to make business strategies. ?Develops and implements of sales strategy for Key Account business globally. ?Responsible for the sales effort globally and achieving all geographic product revenue and expense targets. ?Coordinates business planning and sets targets with sales team, marketing team, strategy team and business lines. ?Establishes and drives forecast planning, manages operating budgets and oversees expense management processes. ?Maintain and develop key account customer relationships by working senior levels of the organization, and identify their needs to provide technical advice and solution ?Looks for new opportunities in clients’ scope and set up pipeline, find cross-BU business chances ?Cooperate with sales forces in business lines to support business growth ?Analysis existing market share and competitor’s market share ?Analysis and understanding of competitors' technologies, strategies and activities ?Understanding and implementing the core sales strategy ?Meets company’s annual targets for sales figure, new business, gross margins Requirements: ?Must have excellent sales knowledge, and experience in a marketing, medical and market access role and experience with a successful new product launch is preferred. ?Must have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills along with excellent influencing and negotiating skills. ?Strive for excellent result. ?Strong leadership in coaching and developing people. ?Must be able to analyze highly complex data and put together concise reports while meeting all deadlines. ?Minimum 15 years pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, which includes at 5 years of Sr. Sales Management experience or above. ?A bachelor degree in science, clinical medicine major is preferred ?Basic English reading and writing capability is preferred.
